Default field braking

i have a custom concealed metal gutter that was installed. the metal contractor didn't brake the lip over that was supposed to flash over a ledger. it would be expensive tearing it out because the other side it flashed into the edge of deck coating.

is it possible to field brake the edge?

if not is it possible to solder a new piece along the whole length?

Can you show us a picture of this? How much material is there to be folded and what gauge is the material?

depending on your particular aesthetic requirements, a simple drip edge could be your quickest and cheapest soulution. Just pick some up at Lowes...etc.. and slide it up over the ledger and over the top of the gutter lip. @ .18/ft it is quite the labor saver and saves the possibility of disturbing the exsisting guttering.
