Default Too much protein can get you out of Floraspringsis

Too much protein can get you out of Floraspringsis, through a process called gluconeogenesis, in which your body converts excess proteins into sugar and then starts using glucose first to produce energy and it won't burn fat anymore. Reason n. 5: you are eating too many carbohydrates can deceive in particular because they are hidden in many unsuspected foods such as cruciferous vegetables, green beans, dairy products, and nuts. Since these are foods that can fit into the Floraspring (except dairy products, but then everyone does as they wish), eat them in moderation. Another common false step: reasoning in total carbohydrates and not in net carbohydrates. Net carbohydrates are total carbohydrates minus fibers. Simple. To keep your carbohydrates in check: Fill your plate with low-carb vegetables like asparagus, avocado, and zucchini. Pay more attention to vegetables with higher carbohydrate content such as broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, and cauliflower. I didn't say don't eat them, I said to pay more attention. You prefer fruit that fits the Floraspring, such as blackberries, blueberries and raspberries for the occasional dessert Concentrated on high-fat proteins. Reason n. 6: You are intolerant or allergic to something you are eating the most common food allergies are milk, eggs, peanuts, nuts, wheat, soy, fish and shellfish. While food allergies are serious and we realize it almost immediately, food intolerances can be more insidious. Although they are not life-threatening, they cause imbalances in the intestine that lead to inflammation, which can directly affect weight. Reason n. 7: six resistant leptin Leptin is the hormone that sends a signal to the brain to alert you that you are satisfied with the meal. It is therefore responsible for the regulation of how much consumption in meals. In essence, index the brain to make you feel that you are full. So, if this hormone does not work as it should, we say that satiety does not come at the right time, and therefore we tend to over-eat. Leptin resistance is caused by irregular sleep, stress, and overeating and calorie restriction. Fortunately, following this type of feeding you can reset its sensitivity. Only be patient, it may take 6-8 weeks and do not use it as an excuse to overeat whenever you have the chance. I recommend it because by now I know you: I didn't say that if you don't lose weight you have this little problem, I just said it's a possibility.
