Tutorial in burn table stickers?

I've worked in a couple shops now and have been explained how to read shop sticker and form a fitting using it with confidence

I don't have problems figuring where S/D goes or each side the Pittsburgh goes but I'm more unsure about bending up or down when forming a tranny, yeah I could look at the other pieces and get an idea how the fitting work but that will probably slow things down

The easiest way thing to remember for that is "up" means that he sticker is facing up and "down" means the sicker is down.
