Default Another hand shear question

I have 2 or 3 pairs of older hand shears that are stamped for stainless steel. I can see no visible difference with my other shears. Is it the grind angle, the tempering? They work fine on galvanized, just wondering what the difference is. MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL. John
