Default Pay per/ft questions

New to the site and love the info I've found so far. Little back story; I've been a commercial metal foreman for about 7 years, currently making about $24/hr, however the owner wants me to try a pay per/ft wage for fabrication and installation of our product. I have done plenty of "side work" over the years and typically charge a generic $100/square or a $10stick rate which has consistently paid well. The difference now is that I would be using a company truck, company shop, and all materials supplied by my question is 1: does anyone have any experience working for a similar rate? 2: does anyone know where i can find help with setting the fab and install rates for typical commercial roofing products; conductor heads, downspouts, gutter, parapet cap, simple flashings, etc...? Any help would be appreciated.
