AutoDesk/AutoCAD has purchased MAP Software!

This is big news for the industry and BIM!! In the future you will see more AutoCad features in the MAP Software and more MAP features in the AutoCAD Software!! This will make the future of CAD drawings to manufacturing the easiest and fastest in the industry!

Advance Cutting Systems is a liscenced supplier of th MAP CAM Software and integrates seamlessly with all the TSI/MAP CAD systems!!

Definitely going to result in some changes. Hopefully for the better.
Been using MAP software for 8 years now.Going to miss the one on one communication that will probably go away with Autodesk. MAP listened to their users to refine the software. Autodesk not so much.

I have heard not a whole lot is going to change on that end. You will see more MAP in the AutoCad and more AutoCad in the MAP software... It will be completely seamless before too much longer!!!
