Default More Plasma Table Problems

You guys really helped me out last time with the plasma table.

Again, I have a Lockformer Model 2900 Plasma table running Vulcan software.

When I try to CUT a job the head goes down to begin and the it stops and displays on the screen " Waiting for cut sense : on "

That's all it does. I've gone through the manual and can't find anything on cut sense.

Any help would be appreciated!!

Yeah, the shop foreman just came in my office with a dirty tip. He had been cutting some polished stainless and the plastic had gummed up the tip.

Nothing slows down production like a clogged tip. Claen tips just make everything better. The cut is better, less slag, which makes it easier on your roll formers(pitts.,tdc etc.)
