Default Elbow DVD

I saw a short segment of what I think was Bud's DVD on You Tube. My kids need Christmas ideas. I can't find a link on this site for ordering, do you have any left, how much and where should I tell them to order? Thanks, John

I got the DVD by contacting Bud and watched it the night before last. A cold one, pretzels and watch somebody else work. Life is good. Seriously though, although I have made elbows before, I picked up some tips, and Bud's explanation and demonstration of the drop cheek was easier to understand than my layout manuals. Thanks Bud!! John

Thank you. I was hoping to do more and improve on them - got to old and to busy to fast. We now have 8 grandchildren and the two oldest are 6....it's been a little busy in the Goodman family this past few years. life is great!

I may try to put them videos back on YouTube now that that allow longer running videos.

Default Dvd

I saw that on you tube aswell...is it available anywhere?? Also (not sure if this is in the right place) need to find a hammer and dollies for shaping sheet about 1.2mm thick that doesn't dent through on other side of the sheet as it needs to be polished but my hyde mallet is leaving dents?!. Would a panel beating hammer and dollie set surfice?? Any help much appreciated, thanks Bradley

Bradley, that video is well worth watching. My Dad started teaching me to layout and build duct over 50 years ago, but neither of us had any formal training. I've built up a library to use, but Bud's video reinforced that what I thought I knew, I did. Plus, the video demonstration of the 1 to 1 radius showed how simple what I had tried to over-complicate was. Finally, seeing him use the speed square was a "DUH, why haven't I been doing that" moment. That timesaver was worth the price of the video. MERRY CHRISTMAS John

To start a new thread...go to front of forums - there are several topics to choose from. Click on the most appropriate topic and at the top you'll see "new thread" click on that.

Welcome to the forum.

We can probably get a copy of the DVD to you but we stopped sending them to your area because it seems there were issues of folks actually getting their mail.

I only accept paypal. I'll send you a private message on the DVD if you're still interested.

I watched a video on you tube that that was about a curved elbow.
