Default What will be faster making these louvered panels, stamp or Pullmax?

See the picture below.
Newbie here.....
I want to make 16 of these out of .085" approx. sheet steel. 38"x12", each panel has 20--7" louvers and 4--5.5"
I can spend the money on the 7" and 5.5" die and have them stamped in a 75 ton press in one shop or have a single die made for the Pullmax in another shop.
I have a small shop machinist friend that can custom make either die sets for me at half the going rate, so I know I'm ahead that way.
So which method, when each machine is set up, will be quicker?
I've never seen either of these machines at work except on Youtube and it looks like the Pullmax is slower.
I've got to farm the louver work out to separate shops, stamp or Pullmax, that will be billing me on setup time and for the louver forming process.
It's the labor that will cost me most
Which way would you guys go?
