Default spot welder tip sharpeners

question for the masters on here..

how do you guys sharpen your spot welder tips?

i usually file them with a file
i have seen people take them out and run the into a bench grinder?
i have also seen a ratchet tool that you clamp the spot welder down on and ratchet.. (wish i had one of these)

what are your methods?

Default Ratcheting cutter

Ratcheting cutter, until someone forgets to shut the power off before re-doing the tips. Then its back to the the flat bastard file. You have to keep a file handy, even with the cutter, to get the face of the tips flat and smooth again but the cutter does a nice job of chamfering the tips.
