I'm a fan of stepflashing, but the customer gets what they ask. NP1 will get me paid. Unfortunately its the weak point in the boat hull. Does anyone have experience with the new epoxy resins? We've used them in anchors without a hint of shrinkage after a few years. I suspect the way resin survives in the wild it would make a fine seal.

For straight panels you can bend male and female standing seams, but for curved panels you will have to do simple male standing seams on each side and cover with a batten. I caulk between the standing seams during installation and use a high quality underlayment to prevent any problems with leaks.
Well done!!
