Default roll former

I am toying with the idea of building a rollforming machine much like an eavestrough machine.

I make a whack of what I call hat track. I mark out 6" wide strips of 26 gauge galv. at various lengths and then run through a hemming machine. Then over to the 8' pan and proceed to fold for the next two hours all the pcs I need for 4 or 5 sheds that i build at a time. Its been this way for the last 19 years now and I am thinking that its time to make this an easier task.

Have any of you guys any experience with rollforming machines? Need to get some ideas of clearances required for the rollers. What things to look out for etc. Really just at the beginning stage now so any ideas or advice would be great. I have built lots of machines before but not for sheet metal. Cnc router tables, robotic welding machines, thermoformer, pneumatic tables etc are the kind of projects I've tackled in the past. I am not looking to buy preformed studs as they are not made in the right gauge and lengths (I've entertained that idea before but they just don't work for what I need)
