Default How-To needed for RW/Pexto 622 Wiring Roll

I restored a used 622 I got off eBay. New to these machines and not that experienced with sheet metal work. Just a hobby for me. Anyway I have the wiring roll set and am making some dividers for a parts shelf. I have put a 3/16" brass rod in one end and threaded it with 10-32 threads. The threaded end is sticking out the end of the captive rod metal divider. Spent all weekend playing around with it. I can get it done but it is not too pretty. Looking for some type of instruction with this die and cannot find any. Don't know if what I am doing is right because I try something until I get it to work but don't think I am going about it correctly. Any pointers? I checked U-Tube and no one is using this type of machine to make wire rolls.

Default

One of the members here sells DVDs which demonstrate the use of the roller type machine including the 622. I ordered them and found them useful as most of the instructions on how to use these machines is found in older (early-mid 1900s) and although helpful don't quite don't show all the subtleties like the videos.
