Default Shelves

Not everyday you have a order to make shelves since they are so cheaply made to buy anymore. One of my best customers wanted them to be just like this, it was a challenge to assemble it keeping everything square and inline. The shelves are 84x48x18D and I used 5 4x10 sheets of 24 ga. to do the project. Shelves were a hemmed J-bend on front lip and channel bent on sides and back. The outer shell was also a hemmed reverse J-bend. In other words.....it was a lot of bending but you can stack it full of books if you wanted too.

Looks good.
Single hem on the front of the dividers?
What's holding the dividers in place?
