Exclamation Need help Rolling

Hello, I need some help with rolling conical frustums. They are .090 thick and made of titanium. The problem I'm having is after the roll there is about 1" offset. (see pics) They are prebent, so no flat spot. I'm also using the angle iron technique. I'm using a 3 roll power roller. I dont know if the problem is that I'm using the center of the rollers or what. I cant seem to figure it out. Thanks for any advice!

You are not rolling them evenly. You have to always roll parallel to the center line. To get both edges to line up the larger radius must be fed into the rolls as a faster rate than the smaller radius. I usually pull the larger radius by hand once it passes through the rolls to make sure it keeps in line with the small radius. If that makes any sense.

Thanks Basher! I appreciate it. I'm heading in to work now. Going to give it a try. I can't believe its that simple. I think I was thinking about it too much. I don't have a lot of experience with rollers, so I really appreciate it!
