Default foce needed to twist sheet metal by hand

hi, im an acrhitecture student and have recently designed this screen system for a building that consists of multiple 1ft x 10ft 16 guage pieces of sheet steel, or aluminium, the design calls for a maximum of a 90 degree twist from top to bottom. im wondering if it is practicle to think that workers on a job site could twist and secure each piece by hand or if i need to design a tool to do it.
