Default metal duct formulas

Wanting to know the formulas for 45 90 30 degrees with an example having trouble understanding them

Welcome to the forum.

That's one big question. A lot of different possible answers. Can you be a little more specific on which type of elbows you're having trouble understanding such as radius heel, drop cheek, transitiona, l ect.

What exactly do you mean by formulas? Do you mean how to lay one out to fabricate?

Are you looking for the heel and throat stretch out formulas? I can give you those. Other than that you need to be more specific.
