Default Snips

To resharpen aviation snipes, there is a file called a seraiting file. After the snip is sharpened, one quick swipe w/ the file cuts the new teeth. Sometimes the snip is "sprung" when the side faces don't rub together tightly anymore, in which case I've taken it apart, put each half in a vise, clamped at the bolt hole & give it a firm, carefull wack w/ a hammer to correct it. This will bring the side faces closer together.
