Rotary Tools for round work
Hi Fellas
Would anyone know which of the older pexto or other brand table mounted tools can give a offset in my round work? Also on some of these rolls I see theres turning rolls & Burring rolls ,What is the difference between the two of them? TY |
One of the members here offers some DVDs that deal with the use of these types of machines. I ordered them and found them to be useful in using my antique and vintage wiring, turning, rolling, and set down machines.

the turning roll has a radius and can be used for wiring. The burring die scores round allowances in the process of being formed as a rim or a flange. The burring die is also known by some as a knife die.It produces a sharper bend than a turning operation and is also used for wiring.
